Who’s ready to eat? I am!

Contempo Cafe is a newer addition to the Contemporary. Located on the 4th floor Grand Canyon Concourse next to Chef Mickey’s, the Contempo Cafe offers quick service dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Contempo Cafe was one of the first (if not THE first) to get the new-fangled computerized ordering system, which the Disney Food Blog covers here. (and see even more on Contempo Cafe ordering system from DFB here.)

When you arrive, you’ll arrive at the touchscreen ordering stations first (right next to the Mary Blair mural!). You can get pretty specific while ordering, and even if you change your mind, you can wipe out your order and start over. Once your order is in, you’ll pick up your order at a food station, then carry it over to a cashier for payment.

For dessert, the Disney Food Blog recommends the Black Forest Cupcake — yum! There’s also caramel dos leches and pina colada varieties.
