We’re having an early heat wave across the country, and it makes me dream of booking my next vacation to Orlando. I can just imagine myself walking into the Contemporary after a hot day at the Magic Kingdom and sliding onto a bar stool in the cool darkness of the bar at The Wave. I may just have to dream about the inviting atmosphere of one of my favorite Disney Bars, but while I sit down to do some serious Disney planning, I can treat myself to a Passion Fruit Mojito just like I can get there.

To treat yourself to a Passion Fruit Mojito, here’s what you need to do!

Build in a mixing glass over ice:
3/4 oz X-Fusion® Liquor
1/2 oz Bacardi® Light Rum
4 pumps of Monin® Mojito Mint Syrup
2 limes squeezed
Sprig of mint
Shake vigorously. Pour into a collins glass. Top off with soda water. Garnish with a lime wheel and sprig of mint.
