Located on the Grand Canyon Concourse at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, the Contempo Cafe is one of our favorite places to grab a quick service meal at any hotel on property.

The location of this quick service restaurant is quite spectacular – the Monorail zips by all day long and you’re able to gaze at the Mary Blair mural while you dine. Look for the five-legged goat!

The Contempo Cafe is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and you’ll find the basics at each meal. At breakfast you can dine on Mickey waffles, scrambled eggs, and more. Lunch and dinner bring some deliciously diverse items to the menu including flatbreads, sushi, a lobster roll, and barbecue ribs and pot roast at dinner.

In addition to the meals you can also find grab-and-go items and some pretty amazing (and delicious) cupcakes! You can also refill your resort mugs here.

Unless you’re staying at the Contemporary you likely won’t have a reason to grab a quick meal at the Contempo Cafe, but as a guest you’ll find it offers a convenient location with great views of the Monorail. And don’t forget to leave room for a cupcake.
